VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! Tomorrow morning @ 8:00, meet at the hill by 401 entrance. Bring a shovel or spade. Dirt will be free--bring truck or wheelbarrow to haul.
HOA Dues
This is a reminder that HOA dues are now due! They are $50.00 and can be mailed or brought to Meghan Blood (310 River Run Road). Please make checks payable to Yocona Ridge HOA.
Dues must be paid by February 25, 2011. After this day there will be a $5.00 late fee each month until dues are paid.
Renters-- please check your contract, it should state whether you or the home owner is responsible for the dues.

Thank you again to everyone for your continued support of the HOA and for the feedback on the lights!
