Information Update
The HOA board met last night and we have some great things in the works to discuss at the next meeting. The next meeting will be April 5th @ 6:30pm, location will be determined at a later date.
We will be having a Yard of the Month competition starting in March, so lets get our yards looking good! The winner will get a sign placed in their yard for one month. If your yard wins Yard of the Month, you MUST maintain your yard for the entire month or the sign will be removed.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! Tomorrow morning @ 8:00, meet at the hill by 401 entrance. Bring a shovel or spade. Dirt will be free--bring truck or wheelbarrow to haul.
HOA Dues
This is a reminder that HOA dues are now due! They are $50.00 and can be mailed or brought to Meghan Blood (310 River Run Road). Please make checks payable to Yocona Ridge HOA.
Dues must be paid by February 25, 2011. After this day there will be a $5.00 late fee each month until dues are paid.
