HOA MEETING TOMORROW

This is to remind everyone that our HOA meeting is tomorrow, April 5 @ 6:30PM, Days Inn conference room.  We hope everyone can make it.

WORK DAY

We are wanting to have a work day next Saturday, April 9th, to freshen up the entrance flower beds.  We need any and all volunteers to help with this project.  Work will start about 8:00am and hopefully, if we have enough workers, we can finish up in a couple of hours.

MISTAKE

Final notice letters for HOA dues were mailed out yesterday and some of you may have received one by mistake.  If you HAVE paid your dues, please disregard the letter.

Progress in the Neighborhood

If you haven't noticed we now have Children At Play signs placed around the neighborhood.  Please be mindful of these signs as we do have lots of children who like to ride their bikes and play in and close to the street. 

Remember to drive slowly and always watch for children playing.

Entrance Lights

Both entrances should be lit by the end of this week or the begining of next week! 
Children at Play signs will be put up tomorrow.

The hill at the 401 entrance will be reshaped as soon as it dries up and is marked again.

Thanks to everyone who promptly paid their HOA dues, to those who haven't please get those to Meghan as soon as possible.  Remember, there is a $5.00 late fee since you are paying later than 25 February.  Late dues are $55.00.

REMINDER:  HOA dues are due by FRIDAY (2/25).  Mail to PO Box 2303 or bring to Meghan @ 310 River Run.

Dues paid after Friday will have a $5.00 late fee added to them.

Information Update

The HOA board met last night and we have some great things in the works to discuss at the next meeting. The next meeting will be April 5th @ 6:30pm, location will be determined at a later date.

We will be having a Yard of the Month competition starting in March, so lets get our yards looking good!  The winner will get a sign placed in their yard for one month.  If your yard wins Yard of the Month, you MUST maintain your yard for the entire month or the sign will be removed.
